We at Spinlay take utmost care to provide first-class products to our customers.
Post your order, each product goes through a series of quality checks to ensure that they are safely delivered to you. But, if you ever feel that the product is damaged/defective, we will provide you with a replacement.
In case of any return or replacement, kindly drop in a mail at spinlay@yahoo.com with a small brief of your return reason along with the order number.
RETURN
We have a 7-day return policy, where you can return the product within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
Kindly note that we do not accept returns for the following instances-
•Incidental damages due to misuse of product
•Products that are not in the original packing conditions
•Return request raised after 7 days from the date of product delivery
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be initiated once the return product is received at the warehouse and undergone the necessary inspections. We'll notify you approval or rejection of your refund. The entire process might take 7-8 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders would be dispatched within 1-2 days of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, the tracking links will be sent to you via sms or email.
Sometimes due to huge product demand, there can be a delay in the product dispatch. In such cases, we will keep you updated and try our best to dispatch as soon as possible.
